Jahrhunderts in Drensteinfurt ansässig waren. English: Azure, above a terrace in base wavy Argent with three rows stones a deer passant Argent with a three-leaved branch Argent in the mouth.“
The arms were granted on August 26, 1976. They were newly devised, as there were no old arms available. The deer and twig are taken from the village seal, dating from the end of the 18th century. The stones are a canting element (Stein=stone). The colours are taken from the arms of the Lords von der Recke, who lived in the village from 1429-18th century. |
