Notes Metal buttonhook made from pieces of HMS Chatham (Unclear which HMS Chatham. Possibly the Town class light cruiser launched in 1911 which was lent to the Royal New Zealand Navy in 1920 and was scrapped in 1926. Alternatively could be an earlier vessel.)
