I've received your email but I'm not the right person to process your unblock request since I've not been really involved with community matters last year. However, I did unblock your talk page so you can make a public unblock request. Kind regards, Natuur12 (talk) 17:12, 5 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason: "I recognize the blocking as justified and I promise not to commit such actions in the future. — Ирука1310:37, 6 September 2022 (UTC)"[reply]
Decline reason: "This request has been open for more than a month, and in a highly watched category. That it has not been acted upon is, in and of itself, suggestive that it is not persuasive or is otherwise inadequate. This indeed appears to be the case; as only certain examples: 1) the initial request ("I recognize the blocking as justified and I promise not to commit such actions in the future") was a mere reformulation of prose at COM:BP with no genuine original--thus credible, sincere--content (i.e., devoid of explanation of the problematic actions, the policies of which they ran afoul, why we can can expect the issue to discontinue, etc.) and 2) even after request for elaboration, the response failed to identify the genuine issue. While perhaps a language issue, "the search for justice instead of finding a compromise" is in no way a reasonable summation of the precipitating behaviour. Administrators: This template should be removed when the block has expired.
Which actions do you promise to avoid in the future? We want to be sure, that you have changed. You must understand, which were the reasons leading to your block, so that you can avoid these mistakes. Taivo (talk) 13:47, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
As you said, the main reason for the duration of the block was the transfer of the conflict from an adjacent project to Commons. Including: adding files to Wikimedia Commons that are obviously not subject to a free license. In addition, the search for justice instead of finding a compromise (unwillingness to work for the good of the project). Elements of the previous conflict that resulted in the 14-day ban: excessive pressure on editors, classified as "trolling" and "harassment". — Ирука1308:01, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
UR 2024
This blocked user has asked to be unblocked.
Request reason: ""I recognize the blocking as justified and I promise not to commit such actions in the future." Joke.
But seriously, uploading images that I considered non-free was a bad idea.
The only thing worse than that is putting them up for deletion right there. Joke.
And since my English hasn't improved much in the last 2 years, I decided to prove my seriousness with action. Over 10,000 edits on the English Wikipedia without a single block, and another 10,000 on sister-projects.
Please note that trolling or otherwise abusing your ability to edit your talk page will result in that ability being revoked.
Administrators
If this request is declined, it should be replaced with: {{unblock declined|1=reason for request|2=decline reason ~~~~}}
If this request is accepted, it should be replaced with: {{unblock granted|1=reason for request|2=grant reason ~~~~}}
Do not unblock users without consulting with the administrator who placed the block, except in obvious, uncontroversial cases. Blocks marked as {{checkuserblock}} will be reviewed by a CheckUser.
My actions that led to the blocking. And which I promise not to repeat.
An attempt to solve problems by violating the rules of Commons, namely, uploading images that I considered unsuitable for transfer to Wikimedia Commons.
RFD files of users with whom I had a conflict, and whose license status I frankly poorly studied. — Ирука1314:11, 25 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
File:Bob Stockham.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.
Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
