The numbers in blue is what worries me. I did ask in the unofficial Wikipedia discord server for this, too, and the consensus was that it was above TOO. Spinixster (talk) 01:12, 21 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Given that this was a mix tape on cassette, the numbers are probably cue points for each song (as measured by the counter on whatever cassette deck was used to record the tape). If that's the case, there's no creative element involved. Omphalographer (talk) 05:01, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
