This seems far too complex for {{PD-textlogo}}. There are simulated 3D effects, highlights, bevels, shadows, reflections etc. I presume it's also an out-of-process re-upload of the file that was previously deleted. The rather hostile "description" makes some incoherent argument about the image not being a copyright violation "because we can see it", which is of course patent nonsense. —LX (talk, contribs) 10:43, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
