Comment: Still COM:PERSONAL, this flag is a Carlos Oropeza (Esequibo Nuestro's administrator) creation. Not a group or political flag, it's a promotional item. Taichi (talk) 16:45, 29 November 2023 (UTC)
- Taichi In fact it was uploaded by himself, Esequibano66 is him, you can check that on his forum, so, at least he gave permission to Wikimedia to use it. Janitoalevic (talk) 15:53, 30 November 2023 (UTC)
- Did you read the regulations? COM:PERSONAL is outside the scope of the project, therefore it does not meet the requirements of Wikimedia Commons. Your argument justifies that the flag must be deleted. Taichi (talk) 07:02, 1 December 2023 (UTC)

Deleted: Copyright issues (if not official, a derivative work of a forum flag) + scope issues (fantasy flags, though one of them is currently being used in the main space of Aragonese Wikipedia). --Strakhov (talk) 10:01, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
