- Question The picture was uploaded on Flickr by the Bank of the Republic official account, with a suitable license for Wikimedia Commons as reviewed by Flickr upload bot. @201.234.75.121: How do you actually know the file has some kind of copyright issue? --·×ald·es 23:42, 10 December 2020 (UTC)
- Delete per Revision #522488985 and Revision #524843591, it seems like the initial license under Flickr was not legitimate. This file might be eligible for PD-Old. -M.nelson (talk) 20:24, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
Deleted: Removed from the Banco de la República's Flickr account due to copyright concerns. Columbian copyright expires 80 years from death of the photographer or 80 years from date of publication if anonymous (note that this is not unknown). We don't know the date of creation, publication, or the date of death of the photographer. However, given that Julio Flórez died in 1923 at the age of 55, I don't think we can reasonably apply {{PD-old-assumed}}. Undelete in 2054. —RP88 (talk) 03:41, 18 August 2021 (UTC)
