Per COM:FOP India, freedom of panorama does not extended to 2D works. There is no evidence that this artwork is subject to {{PD-India}}. ✗plicit 07:23, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
- Delete per nomination unless the photographer is either the artist who painted the "Lady on glass" or the owner of the en:Mavalli Tiffin Room#MTR Restaurant and wants to email their COM:CONSENT to COM:VRT. Even if you tried to argue that this was a kind of sign or advertisement, it would still most likely be copyrighted per c:COM:CB#Noticeboards and signs. If the uploader isn't the copyright holder, then this is a COM:DW and Commons is going to need the copyright holder's consent per COM:VRT#If you are NOT the copyright holder: the copyright holder would either be the artist who painted it or the restaurant's owner if the artwork was a en:work for hire. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:30, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
Deleted: per nomination - Thanks everyone for participating and if you disagree with this decision please take it to Commons:Undeletion requests - unless there is a tech issue. Thanks for assuming good faith and happy holidays!. --Missvain (talk) 16:59, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
