Delete: I doubt this image is freely licensed. At the bottom of the source page shows a CC license we accept, I also noted a statement on their licensing page, that is linked from the CC-BY-SA tag, in the Non-text files section where it states: Non-text media on Fandom should not be assumed to be available under the same license as the text. Please view the media description page for details about the license of any specific media file, and on the Image copyright tags page it further suggests tagging images but that images can be fair-use or freely available. So this image was uploaded without any copyright statement, so we don't know it's true status and is certainly not covered by the freely licensed text license. Some of this uploader's other images, such as this one, do have acceptable copyright tags and others have public domain, fair-use and copyright notices on them (review their uploads here: http://washingtonstate.wikia.com/wiki/Special:ListFiles/AJM).
