Deleted. The image is definitely not freely licensed (and even more definitely not “Original author: Pierre de Coubertin (1863-1937)”). The logo has been created in 2003 by the “Scholz & Friends” agency. The IPC Graphics Standard Manual writes: “All proposed uses of the Paralympic Symbol must receive written approval from the IPC.” Mormegil (talk) 21:51, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
