A late-19th century French building is still be under copyright if the architect lived into 1943 (70 years pma from 1943 runs until 1/1/2014). This is not simply an academic issue; we just had a VI nomination of an 1896 building for which the architect died in 1942, meaning it just entered the public domain a week ago! cmadler (talk) 14:06, 9 January 2013 (UTC) The architect is Juste Lisch and he died in 1910.--Paris 16 (talk) 23:28, 9 January 2013 (UTC)  Support now.
