20 Rothschild Boulevard, the building of the Palestine-Poland Immigrants Bank was designed and built in 1936. 18 Rothschild Boulevard, the Mintzer House was designed and built by Philip (Pinchas) Huett (or Hit; 1888-1949)[1] for Yosef Mintzer as a residential house in 1933. Both buildings were purchased in 2007 by Edmond de Rothschild Group in Israel and are now used as office buildings. The conservation by Amnon Bar Or & Co Architects Ltd. was completed in 2015. | ||
