[edit]Description22 West - dining table.jpg |
English: A dining table in 22 West, a luxury condominium, located in the West End neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
The intersection of 22nd Street, M Street, and New Hampshire Avenue, N.W., is visible in the background. The 92-unit, 11-story, condominium was built by real estate developer Anthony Lanier of EastBanc, Inc., to the designs of architectural firm Shalom Baranes Associates. 22 West is the city's first residential building to feature a zinc-and-glass facade. The $120 million project was completed in 2008. The unit features contemporary furniture by Vastu, an upscale shop and interior design company located in Logan Circle. |
