English: Photo captured at the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History (Koninklijk Museum van het Leger en de Krijgsgeschiedenis / Musée royal de l'Armée et d'Histoire militaire) in Brussels, Belgium.
The panel/wall sign originates from a factory in Upper Silesia, which was devastated during the fighting in Lüben (Lubin, Poland) near the conclusion of World War II. The German inscription Wir kapitulieren nie! ('We will never surrender!', penned Fraktur script) is serving as a war propaganda slogan of Nazi Germany directed towards both the German populace and the advancing Allied military forces.
