NPS/Patrick Myers While the Great Sand Dunes Tiger Beetle receives much attention, there are other species of tiger beetles living in the dunefield. The 'Beautiful Tiger Beetle', Cincidela formosa, has a jewel-like orange and cream stripe pattern that distinguishes it from other beetles. |
