Object history
Deutsch: Es soll auf ein Siegel aus dem Jahre 1781 zurückgehen, als die Ganerben von Dienheim, von Wallbrunn,

von Wanscheid und von Langwerth zu Simmern gemeinsam - daher die Bezeichnung ,,Ganerben" die Ortsherrschaft ausübten. An diese Zeit soll der rote Turm erinnern, während der ,,Bischofsstab " auf die heilige Lioba verweist,

die als Verwandte des heiligen Bonifatius hier in Schornsheim im 8. Jahrhundert eines der ältesten Frauenklöster gegründet hatte.
