Description
English: Arms banner of the Diocese of St Davids. The city of St David's council appears to use a completely different arms which is strange since the cross of St David is a very iconic symbol - there is no evidence of the granting of those arms, however, so the this banner of arms is the most likely flag of St Davids City.
