It begins at this time and continues to the last update included. This start time is roughly 3 hours after the strike of the earthquake, before which normal monitoring was underway. The data source is obtained by the following link chain:

The data comes from this PDF file. The data is has a inconsistent and jumps from detector to detector as shown in the graph. No explanation accompanies it. No conversions to dose were done, the report provides everything in micro Sv/h, which are the units given on the graph.
