| Description |
English: This mosaic of the Caloris basin has a monochrome mosaic from a previous post overlaid with an enhanced-color composite. The colour mosaic was created using photos taken when the spacecraft and the Sun were both overhead, which are the ideal circumstances for detecting brightness fluctuations. |
