Description
English: Recipients of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called (the ongoing series, issue I).
Boris Petrovsky (Q4361197)[1] (1908–2004), a Soviet and Russian surgeon, a statesman, a Full Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences and of USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, the Minister of Health of the USSR in 1965–1980.
There depicted the badge of the Order of St. Andrew on the left.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 1 September 2011, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1510, Michel No 1742. Coated paper. Offset printing, varnish coating. Perforation: comb 12×11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 440,000.
