Boris Petrovsky (Q4361197)[1] (1908–2004), a Soviet and Russian surgeon, a statesman, a Full Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences and of USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, the Minister of Health of the USSR in 1965–1980. There depicted the badge of the Order of St. Andrew on the left. The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 1 September 2011, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1510, Michel No 1742. Coated paper. Offset printing, varnish coating. Perforation: comb 12×11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 440,000. Русский: Кавалеры ордена Святого апостола Андрея Первозванного (начало продолжающейся серии). Б.В. Петровский[1] (1908–2004), советский и российский хирург и государственный деятель, действительный член Академии наук СССР и Академии медицинских наук СССР, министр здравоохранения СССР в 1965–1980 годах.
