Orange Order

[edit]

Why is the Flag of the Orange order in Northern Ireland not listed Flag of the Orange Order -- 19:14, 8 October 2017? 83.45.5.9

Can we add a specific section for entryist flags?

[edit]

Obvious entryist ideas like conservative anarchism, or anarcho-capitalism or National-[Something]-ism (there's a billion of those), can we put them in their own section since they're not ideologies held in good faith, but rather intentionally misleading labels for different ideas entirely?

It feels like we're not really being impartial when we're actively aiding certain groups in their sincerely held objective of obfuscating and misleading political discourse. -- 19:39, 8 October 2017? 83.45.5.9

People outside the UK might have little idea what "entryism" means (and I'm not sure Anarcho-capitalism would qualify), but in principle there could be such a subsection... AnonMoos (talk) 17:55, 17 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Partit de la nacion Occitana

[edit]

All PNO flags include text as seen here:

and in the following sources here, here, here and here. The version without text is used as a logo but does not exist as a flag. Xophe84 (talk) 17:49, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The new image looks more like a logo than a flag. Therefore, it is better to use the old one or remove it altogether (but it is better to use the old one). 95.52.124.75 19:15, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Regardless of whether it looks like a flag or not, it has never actually existed as a flag in that form. All existing flags of the party include the text at the bottom. The gallery should reflect this reality. Xophe84 (talk) 19:55, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Can we decide once-and-for-all whether this gallery is going to be 4 or 5 flags wide? Xophe84 (talk) 14:58, 13 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I've tried my best here but it's a complete mess and one which is not helped by random reverts. I've had several of my additions reverted as "defunct organizations". When was it agreed that the gallery was only for current organizations and if so why are there loads of much older defunct flags still listed here? Several of the supposedly "defunct organizations" I added are in fact still current so I don't know why they were binned as at.

Secondly, this page really needs an agreed layout. What determines the placement of flags within categories? If there is a logic it should be stated and discussed.

For the time-being I will refrain from adding to this page as I seem to be wasting my time. Xophe84 (talk) 13:26, 16 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
