The bot has ceased working
[edit]Hello Zhuyifei1999, the bot is currently stuck, it seems - there is a huge queue. Files that I have uploaded 28 hours ago have still not been reviewed, but I don't know when the problem started. Thank you for looking into it! Edelseider (talk) 13:03, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
- Hello, @Zhuyifei1999: please do something, the bot is definitely not working any more and the queue is growing. Thank you! --Edelseider (talk) 07:47, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: Can you or someone like MGA73 please fix the flickrbot please? It has stopped working since November 27, 2024 and the flickrbacklog is now over 2,000+ images. Thank You, --Leoboudv (talk) 21:46, 29 November 2024 (UTC)

FlickreviewR 2 has stopped again

- I had a look at the process, and as far as I can tell it’s in the exact same situation as described in T374152: a neverending
read()
from a connection totext-lb.eqiad.wikimedia.org
. I recommend the same solution: a health check which automatically restarts the bot if a certain tmpfile hasn’t been touched in a while (see QuickCategories commit) – assuming that each individual edit takes less than ca. 10–30 seconds, at least.
