- sPosted 06-03-21Possibly clogged tear duct. My friends little guy spent his entire first year with eye boogers like this in one eye and he almost needed surgery for it. He grew out of it. Google what you can do to help if you notice this happening a lot, or, ask your pediatrician at the next visit.Advertisement | page continues below

- My had horrible eye boogers due to clogged tear ducts. Eye infection usually accompanied by redness. If it’s just boogers probably clogged tear duct. For that, doctor recommended washing her eyes several times a day and doing gentle massage to help unclog the ducts. U can find description how on google.
