Journal Entry 11/7/14

This week was a good week. We found and agreed upon a specific vision for our project. The PM’s and BA’s are really working well together, and I am happy to see how everyone is coming together. It is very satisfying when you start finally seeing your group come together. Andrew and Anne are reviewing and working with the team to put together a great scope document. Dan and myself are helping put the business plan in order. James is helping with the technical end of JIM while I assist with the over all vision of JIM. I am excited to see this end deliverable.
