
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the juice and zest of the lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Cover the dish with foil and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
