This is my first biscuit DIY dough as there is no ready to use dough here for sale.
Inspired by a friendly user @bugster I met on this app 3 years ago

Easy plain biscuit dough option 1, Mix flour and butter using fork till it looks like crumbs.Then Spoon by spoon add in milk till it looks like a soft dough.. dont pour milk all in, Knead for about 5 minute only then its ready to be use

Easy cheese biscuit dough option 2,,Optional put cheese on biscuits and mix well, Unuse fresh dough keep in a zipper bag and can freeze for a week

Peanut butter optional filling, Fill up with peanut butter and sugar then wrap up and baste with melted butter and bake 180 C for 15 minute then baste again with butter and bake further another 5 minute
