Screen stuck black
Step
Make sure your Chromebook is charged!
Plug it in and check on the left side for a light near the charging port.
If it's red, it's dead!

Keep it plugged in for a minimum of 5 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, proceed to the next step.
If it's green and still a black screen

Don't worry, our following steps will continue to help you out.

Step
Restart your Chromebook.
Hold down the refresh button on your button, it looks like a circling arrow.

Step
Tap the power button on the side of your Chromebook, hold if needed.

Step
Wait for your Chromebook to turn back on.
If that still doesn't work, feel free to come down to copilot for a replacement.
Make sure to backup any important files in Google Drive.
