Now thanks to a deal with the authorities, EZ finds himself out of jail early and with a grudge to pick with the Galindo cartel. The series follows EZ’s induction into the Mayans Motorcycle Club, the Mayans’ shaky alliance with the Galindo cartel, and the Mexican rebel group that threatens to completely change anything. Add in EZ’s complicated relationship with the now-wife of the head of the cartel, and you’ve got a show with a ton of excellent twists and of so many characters to keep track of.

Fans of Sons of Anarchy may have an easier time sorting through Mayans‘ fast-paced world, but everyone can use a refresher from time to time. That’s where we come in.
