Last week Craft Work helped fill a serious void in West Village late night eating, when the restaurant debuted a four-night-per-week sushi offering. Now owner Hugh Yaro has shared the sushi menu with Eater, which includes four options for rolls made with fresh ingredients and real wasabi—not that spicy green powder mixture that comes with packaged supermarket sushi.

Here are the descriptions of the rolls:

Spicy Tuna—Nori, vinegared short grain rice, hamachi togarashi, scallion, fresh ginger, habanero pepper, tempura flake, spicy aioli (chili garlic sauce, egg based) $9

Veggie Roll—Oshinko daikon, purple cabbage, fresno chili, avocado, cucumber, scallion, ponzu $8

California—Nori, vinegared rice, Mirus king crab, avocado on top, tempura flake, Faux Eel sauce $8

Cucumber Wrap—Pickled cucumber, Mirus crab, ami ebi, avocado, scallion, fresh ginger, ponzu $10
