No. As the purpose of the Job Board is to help PADI Retail and Resort members fill open staff positions and assist job seeking PADI Pros with finding employment, posts that do not promote a job opening are not allowed. All posts that do not meet this criterion will be subject to immediate removal.
Yes, click on ‘Candidates’ at the top of the page and use the search function to find suitable candidates.
Click on the applicant’s name and then click on their email address to contact them.
If you are PADI Retail & Resort Member, simply sign-in with the same credentials you use to access the PADI Pro site. If you are a non-PADI dive shop, resort or liveaboard, contact your local PADI office to join the largest dive organization in the world today.
In addition to system emails notifying you of every new application, the employer dashboard you will provide application statistics and any activity relating to your job posts.
You can access the Job Board from the PADI Pro’s Site.
Use the ‘Company Profile’ section to add a business description, update your cover image, and links to social media channels.
From the dashboard, click on ‘Upload Company Logo’.
Job postings will remain active on the job board for 90 days. After 90 days, the job posting will automatically archive and no longer be available.
You will receive a system email notifying you of every new application. Details regarding job applicants can be found on the employer dashboard page or the all applicants page.
Moving candidates to the shortlist category is a way for you to mark the candidates that you like. It doesn’t trigger any action or notification.

Yes! You can save your CV/Resume in your account to easily apply for available positions. Go to My Account, then click on CV Manager to upload and manage the CV/Resumes on your account.

No, your professional profile will not expire.
In order to apply for a position, you must be logged in with your PADI account. PADI Pros will be able to apply to all available positions, including teaching positions. If you aren’t a PADI Pro, you may apply to any non-teaching position.
Click on My Profile to add your information, including a professional description, contact information, a profile picture, update your cover photo, add languages spoken and social media links. If you are a PADI Pro, you can choose to make your profile public, which enables your profile to be searchable by employers.
By default, your profile is private. As an added benefit to our PADI Pro members, you can choose to make it public so your profile is searchable by employers. To set your profile setting, go to My Account, then click on My Profile. Change the ‘Profile for Public View’ to yes, and save.
When you are added to an employer’s shortlist, it means that they are considering you for the job you have applied for.
