Recently I found this awesome raspberry mousse cups video recipe tutorial by Natasha’s Kitchen, on YouTube, and it reminded me of these desserts from the Seventies that were so delicious. I wanted to make these raspberry cups immediately because I had friends coming over and I knew they would love this recipe. This sweet and fluffy dessert is not hard to make at all because you use is whipped cream, which makes this recipe really quick and hassle-free. You will use fresh raspberries to lay over the top of the cooked cake then add the whipped cream over the top of that.

Ingredients For The Raspberry Mousse Cups Recipe:

  • 10 ounces of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Knox gelatin
  • 3 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 package of Lady Fingers
  • 12-ounce package of raspberries
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
