Taurus G2C 9mm
The Taurus G2C 9mm, is the replacement for the Taurus PT111 G2. As a matter of fact the two pistols are almost identical with the biggest difference being that the G2C was designed without an internal locking mechanism. This compact pistol boasts a 12 + 1 round capacity in a small lightweight package. It comes with two 12 round magazines, a trigger safety, and a manual safety. If you are looking for an economical concealed carry pistol the Taurus G2c 9mm, may be the way to go. The G2C is available in multiple colors, a stainless steel slide, burnt bronze cerakote slide and different color frames.

Taurus has had a rocky past with quality control but it doesn’t show with this pistol at all. With a 12+1 capacity and only being slightly larger than similarly classed pistols it’s definitely budget friendly. Others like to complain about how it’s not a slick competition gun with a light trigger but those folks fail at recognising it’s strictly a personal defense weapon. It’s more than adequate and actually superior to more expensive brands IMO. I always say if a gun just works and doesnt break I don’t care who makes it. All brands have complete heaps and they all have their shining stars.

This is one of the best budget firearms out there. The price is hard to beat and you are not just getting a cheap gun. Its reliable whether its for home defense or personal carry. The grip is comfortable its easy to strip and clean. The sights could use a little bit of work and some people are not to fond of the trigger. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good gun on a budget. Especially for carry

I just bought the Taurus g2c and I have to tell you so far it seems like a great gun. I haven’t shot it yet but I know people who own them and they say they are good guns. I know mine feels great In the hand. If I were you I would consider the g2c. I bought mine from my FFL. Dk firearms seems to have good prices.

Bought mine not long after they came out.. I did upgrade the guide rod and spring and some nice tfx sights(paying 50% of what I paid for the gun for sights was an odd feeling ) . Great shooter so far I have about 1000 rounds thru it and carry all the time. Just about everyone that has shot it has gone out and bought one.
