WTSFest - Pitch to Speak
Women in Tech SEO Festival is our flagship full day conference.


Our pitch to speak form is now open for the following three 2025 locations:
  • London, UK: Feb 20th (pitch closing Oct 1st)
  • Portland, Oregon, USA: Apr 3rd (pitch closing Nov 1st)
  • Berlin, Germany: June 13th (pitch closing Dec 1st)
WTSFest a one-track conference with four sessions:
Analyse | Advance | Innovate | Empower

Our Analyse & Innovate talks are 20mins long, our Advance & Empower talks are 30mins long

We appreciate the time and effort that it takes for speakers to put together a talk. To say thank you - we offer our speakers the following:
  1. Speaker fee: £500 (London), $500 (Portland), €500 (Berlin)
  2. Travel expenses budget
  3. Support and feedback on draft deck
  4. Private speakers room in venue
  5. Post-conference media kit
  6. Post-conference speaker testimonial by event organiser
  7. A safe, friendly and supportive audience to speak in front of
We will receive a large number of pitch forms, so please don't be disappointed if you're not picked as one of our speakers. Our community thrives because of YOU, but we have a maximum of 10 speakers per conference, making it very difficult to say yes to everyone.
