After the initial interactions, we generally email a treatment plan to our patients along with the approximate costs for treatment and duration of stay which will be required. We generally request our international patients who require complex dental treatment, such as full mouth rehabilitation with dental implants, to be available for 10 days in Bangalore.

Hence, to avoid confusions and complications during the treatment procedures, we would strongly recommend the following:
1. Patients should email us the following:
a) Dental problems they presently are suffering from.
b) A short description of their general dental condition and their dental treatment history
c) Latest Digital OPG (Ortho Pantomo Gram) Xray / Panorex Xray.
d) Photographs (in JPEG format) of the problem areas of their mouth. In case patients wish to undergo smile correction procedures, they are requested to send us front and side views of their face with lips in rest position and smiling.
e) Short description of their general medical status, ailments they presently have and a short note on the treatment they are undergoing. List of medications they are on presently is mandatory.
f) Scanned copies of passports and Indian Visa

Patients are requested to procure a medical clearance letter from their family doctor / physician confirming the fitness of the patient to undergo minor surgical procedures under local anesthesia with adrenaline.

All patients who need medical clearance if required are taken up for medical evaluation at consultant Hospital, Bangalore, where we have our Hospital Team. All patients who need complex surgical procedures under GA are taken up at consultant Hospital where we have excellent infrastructure for the procedures. At the hospital we have a highly experienced team of Anesthetists, Surgeons and Physicians providing all backup for our international clientele. The hospital has high quality rooms (both AC as well as non-AC) to choose from and also provides good nursing care.

We also offer assistance to patients who wish to undergo treatment for various complex medical problems they may have by connecting them to the appropriate medical / surgical specialists. We also offer referrals to experts in Ayurveda and Yoga in Bangalore.

We make arrangements for their accommodation in excellent hotels close to our centre. These hotels which offer air-conditioned and non-airconditioned rooms, also offer food of their choice apart from providing a healthy, clean and pleasant environment. All those patients who wish to rent out apartments during their stay, will be offered assistance in selecting an apartment of their choice.
