Looking for a private Yoga class experience? We’re happy to offer! Private Yoga classes require a minimum of two weeks notice to request and a 50% deposit to book. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for private classes. Cancellations made with less than 72 hour’s notice will forfeit 50% of the class cost.

First Saturday of each month, priced at $35 per person, per class
Join Emerson Resort & Spa Yoga instructor Nidhi for a unique sound healing immersion. Using high frequency singing bowls, crystal healing and Reiki, Nidhi will guide you through healing intentions – leaving you uplifted, refreshed and in a profound state of relaxation.

MONDAY
10:30-11:30am Gentle Yoga with Sandra
Begin your day and gently awaken the mind and body. For this class all asanas are seated or lying on your mat,
beginning with meditation and breath exercise. The session targets a full body experience, stretching neck,
opening shoulders and chests, lengthening arms, legs and spine at the same time building core strength for balance.
Class ends with a restorative pose and Shivasana.
1-2pm Crosscore Fit with Cristina
This fun energizing class utilizes invigorating cardio moves, super effective core trainers, & light to moderate weights for extra refinement, delivering a stellar full spectrum workout with an emphasis on core construction and maintenance. All levels welcome!
3:30-4:30pm Barre Essentials Class with Cristina
This dynamic class is set at the barre, utilizing a mix of light weights, props, core connected isometric movements, and easy to follow supported drills for optimum results! No ballet experience required for this upbeat follow along fusion class. All levels welcome!
5-6pm Sunset Flow with Sandra
Class starts with breathe and meditation; gentle seated poses
for flexibility; gradually building to standing asanas to strengthen,
re-align and increase blood flow; closing with restorative yoga to
ease into a restful night and sleep.
THURSDAY
10-11am Rejuvenate & Restore with Nidhi
Rejuvenate and restore your mind, body, and spirit through a harmonious blend of Tibetan Yoga (Nejang), Chi Gong, and gentle Hatha Yoga. This mindfulness-centered practice weaves ancient traditions with modern healing techniques, guided by Nidhi Adhiya Huba’s expertise in Tibetan medicine, energy work, and meditation. Awaken your vitality, release blockages, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace and balance. A perfect start to enjoy the peace of the Emerson Spa. For all levels.

Move from seated to standing poses into a moderate flow sequence
Focus on breathe-body connection for expansion and freedom of movement.
All welcome, asana and flow adapted to level of students.

All poses are seated, utilizing bolsters, blocks, straps and props
to ease and maximize every effort. Yin poses are held longer to
restore the fascial fluidity; promote relaxation and elevate sleep.
5- 6pm Relax, Release, Renew with Nidhi
Ease into your weekend with this serene Friday evening experience. Combining gentle yoga, Tibetan yoga, calming breath work, and mindfulness, this class helps you release the week’s stress, restore balance, and prepare your mind and body for a weekend of relaxation and self-care.
SATURDAY
9-10am Slow Flow with Sandra-Open Level
Expect both seated and standing asanas to awaken and energize
your day.
10:30-11am Guided Meditation with Kristin

Explore the power of your own breath & connect more deeply to your body thru
this guided practice of Pranayama (breath work) & meditation.
Relaxation guaranteed.
11:15am-12:15pm Sculpt and Stretch with Kristin
Part resistance training, part stretch, this class works from the core out, adding strength and definition
to key muscle groups while increasing flexibility. Low impact exercises use bodyweight, light weights and pilates based mat work to
build strength & stamina. A juicy stretch follows to release tension, open the body and ease into the day.
This class is open to all levels.
SUNDAY
9-10am Core Fusion with Kristin
Core Fusion integrates Pilates, yoga and the micro-movements and isometric holds of barre techniques, interspersed with series of short intense bursts of exercise. Classes are open to beginners and more advanced practitioners can include weights and props. This is a full body workout strengthening and sculpting abs, glutes, arms and legs.
10:30–11:45am Sound & Serenity with Nidhi
Step into a space of calm and clarity with this rejuvenating experience. Through gentle and restorative yoga, breathwork, soothing sound healing, affirmations, and the healing energy of crystals, release the stress of the past week and recharge your mind and body. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and empowered, ready to embrace the week ahead with renewed focus and purpose.
