Majestic Uplifting

Istana Melaka, the official residence of the TYT Melaka, sits majestically well on top of Bukit Beruang, with a sweeping panoramic view overlooking all the way to the Straits of Melaka.

With the last refurbishing works taken place decades ago, the much needed upgrading and restoration works gave an uplifting ambience to the previous conditions. Materials and finishes were carefully chosen to create the best moods both for the formal as well as informal spaces.

The total make over did not however involve the main areas as the earlier chosen quality materials were still in good condition and only required minor touching up works. The upper floor areas which underwent the new restoration works, however has given the entire floor a new classy image like a breath of fresh air.
