On December 24, the RA NA Council convened an extraordinary sitting presided over by the RA NA President Alen Simonyan.

As a result of debate, member of the Competitive Council being formed for the election of the candidate in the position of the member of the Anti-Corruption Committee was appointed Arusyak Julhakyan. Her candidacy was nominated by the NA Civil Contract Faction, and there were no proposals for candidacies by the NA Armenia and With Honor factions.
