I tried to address/re-explain my edit with the user, but I believe I was blocked as I can no longer see talk page. I think a lot more emphasis in this article needs to centre around the fact that the squat (in the postural sense) is the natural human resting position, also in reference to the disease section the study indicating it could cause a type of palsy is based on one patient and shaky grounds which even the study itself admits to be inconclusive. However, as the cited article states, it requires the use of an external device. A device must be purchased, carried around, and presumably cleaned or risk urinary infections. Therefore, is not natural. As far as I know, it is also uncommon. Also, it has nothing to do with "squatting position". E.g., one can also urinate while lying down & clothed, but that too would require a device and practice (and wouldn't belong in this article either).
