This article looks really well written, and I'm not entirely sure that there is much more to add on. One avenue could be to look into adding another example similar to the ones about smoking, meat eaters, and littering. I didn't see much about the history of cognitive dissonance, and feel as though that might be able to be elaborated on like the theorist and their merit maybe. Seeing that there are so many references I would look for further information through these sources already linked. :Thank you for the review. I will look more into similar real-world experiences, as well as the theory's history. Those are both great ideas. Some of the subjects I have been thinking of adding include the cognitive dissonance that journalists feel, the effect of interracial relationships, and the relationship between accessible higher education and carbon emissions.
