Amtrak’s ''[[Pennsylvanian (train)|Pennsylvanian]]'' stops at the [[Tyrone station]], which has one daily train in each direction. Greyhound buses going between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia also make a stop in Tyrone. The [[Nittany and Bald Eagle Railroad]] interchanges with Norfolk Southern just south of the station.
