The [[Française des Jeux (cycling team)|Française des Jeux]] cyclist Arthur Vichot is French, and a Finnish nationality had been wrongly ascribed to him during a phenomenal bout of work by an editor who is one of the most reliable and well informed at WP:CYC. This IP was absolutely accurate and correct in the correction he/she made, and your warning entirely inappropriate. I think you owe somebody an apology. :I am more than aware that he is French, hence the "French Cyclcing Team", and not the "Finnish Cycling Team". A small oversight on my behalf when flicking through some of the vandalism spouted from this IP. I owe no one an apology. I merely misread FRA and FIN the wrong way around, and reverted it as I thought they had changed it FROM FRA to FIN. Moments earlier I warned the IP about calling another editor "a prick" for reverting his blatant vandalism - [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:King_of_Mercia&oldid=336132486]. Interesting that this IP finds it appropriate to add none-cited material such as this about a dart player: "''He is one of the few players known to have had pieces of darts encrusted in his faeces during tournaments''".

::Given that the edit was made by an IP, you have no grounds to assume that it was the same individual. The edits in question were made 6 days apart, and so clearly not in one sitting. If you were reviewing recent edits by the IP you presumably noted other useful edits from that address, such as correction of ''formally'' to ''formerly'' in the name of a building at [[Finger Wharf]].
::You made a false (erroneous rather than malicicious, of course, but nonetheless false) accusation of vandalism, and upped the level of warning on account of that. Where I come making a false accusation against anyone, even an individual with a far from immaculate past, should occasion an apology. Just because users of computers in the same institution as the editor who corrected this mistake are rude , you are not justified in concluding that no good can come out of that building.
::You clearly did not know the subject matter well enough to make such an accusation. That Arthur Vichot is French is by no means proven by the nationality of the team: there are riders from six countries on that team, and other teams have no riders from the country where they are legally registered.
::Following up other recent edits by those who commit vandalism is a very useful wikitask: I often do it myself. But we do no service to the project by reversing edits where we do not have the knowledge to know that something is erroneous, by making inappropriate accusations, and by stubbornness when an error is pointed out to us. In all seriousness though, I revert quite a bit of vandalism most days. This was a simple error from a genuine editor (have faith, I am here on WP to try and do good). From your tone, you would think that I had walked in to Buckingham Palace and pissed on the Queen herself, or committed some other act of treason...
