The show began with a extravagant opening sequence of [[Willie Revillame]] singing and dancing to his hit songs over the past five years. Later, the usual games were played. In ''Cash Motto'', a new format was explained that will begin taking place the 17th of April called ''Cash Mo-Tour'', in which the cash tank will travel around [[Metro Manila]] and barangays for lucky people to win big. In ''Hep, Hep, Hooray'', the winner will play against the new name of the "Amazunas", the "Dragon Ladies" for the special jackpot of the day, PHP100,000. It was announced all Week of April 12th that the first stop for the ''Cash Mo-Tour'' will be held at [[Tondo, Manila]] in the Plaza Moriones, but due to technical difficulties announced on April 16th, the premiere will be moved to an unknown later date. It was confirmed on July 27, 2010 from ABS-CBN that Wowowee will go off the air, and will be replaced by a new game show. Beginning July 31, 2010, a new show called "Pilipinas for the Win" will replace the game show. The show will be a game and variety show hosted by Kris Aquino and Robin Padilla. The Former Wowowee co-hosts Mariel Rodriguez, Pokwang, and Valerie Concepcion have also been stated to host.
