Deletion of Autogynephilia (paraphilia)
No, this topic is not covered at Blanchard, Bailey and Lawrence theory. The creation of the article is meant to address the very paraphilia that is not described by BBL taxonomy. BBL taxonomy is a (highly controversial) way of differentiating transsexual women by sexual orientation. The mere presence of autogynephilia (a man's tendency toward sexual arousal at the thought or image of himself as a woman) does not imply that the person's behavior must be viewed in this way. The paraphilia exists separately from this trio's controversial views about it, just as Autoandrophilia does. The term exists in the DSM, not in BBL's Big Book O' Ideas. Please reverse.
