There is contradictory information on prevalence. Early in the article, it says that the prevalence is estimated to be 0.1 to 1.8% of the population (a really weirdly odd range if you ask me). In the Epidemiology section, it gives a different range for the prevalence, a narrower range that seems more reasonable. I'll leave that for others to deal with.
