Last time I checked it was the conquered Indians i.e the Muslims of India who lie about their heritage and claim arab or some other nonsense origin. In South Asia there exists a stratum of people who exhibit an identity crisis but I can ensure you that its not those who you have accused. : turkish, persian, arabic cuisines are not genuine as well, you can start with the rice dishes which are so much more popular in the middle compared to their breads, and they use basmati rices as well, where do you think basmati rice comes from? what about spices, arabs originally never used much spice, the spicy taste you find in gulf countries esp yemen, oman, qatar, saudi arab etc is originally indian, have you tasted yemeni dishes? it have very perticular indian termaric taste in it, which is not found in other arab dishes. the iranian falooda is basically italian fermachellivermicelli which is used in india, so basically persian elements in india are not that persian. nihari is indian as well since no evidence of persian nihari has been found, nihari basically develops from persian word neher and thats about it.

:when it comes to tandoor, friend tandoor has been found in harappa and indus valley sites, tandoori chicken was cooked as early as indus valley civilization according to indian archaeologist vasant shinde, why do you think that tandoor was imported from central asia or persia etc?
