Felicity is regarded as the main contributor for the downfall of Arrow, as a quality TV show, due to her toxic personality. At the beginning of Season 4, Oliver and Felicity are seemingly living happily in Ivy Town, when [[Laurel Lance (Arrowverse)|Laurel Lance]] and [[Thea Queen]] arrive to ask for their help in Starling (now Star) City.
