Teahouse or tea house?

I've checked on many English dictionaries and I think that it should be written teahouse rather than tea house. I couldn't find tea house in any dictionary... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fabrizioberloco (talkcontribs) 09:19, 29 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Recovery of unsaved work - Devin Bender

Hello,

I was editing a Wikipedia page and as I was about to press publish, I accidently clicked somewhere leading to another link to open. This resulted in my work being erased when I went into the editor. Is there a way to bring up my work draft/history. I did a lot of changes and I really don't want it to be lost forever. If anyone knows a way that might work please share. If it is perhaps lost, as unfortunate as the news would be to be heard. I would rather know that before I attempt to redo all my changes.

Pinduoduo warning label question

Hi, I’m confused about the presence of a warning flag on the Pinduoduo article and I thought maybe you could help. I’m an employee of Pinduoduo’s sister company Temu, so I want to ask independent editors here for their feedback.

I understand why the label was first put up, but in the past few weeks there have been many edits made on the article which addressed the issues by cutting more than half the article. I actually made a list of all of the problems with the article that I could spot and submitted them for correction at Talk:Pinduoduo#Request to remove flag. Someone removed all the problematic content (such as paragraphs missing citations) without bothering to address the suggested fixes (such as providing citations or rewrites with a neutral point of view) or removing the flag after the problematic content was removed.

My understanding is that according to WP:TC labels are meant to “are meant to be temporary notices that lead to an effort to fix the problem, not a permanent badge of shame.” So shouldn’t the label have been removed when the article’s content was edited to address the request edit? And shouldn’t the suggested corrections have been addressed, not just the suggested deletions? Thank you very much for your assistance? Snowy2000 (talk) 15:25, 10 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
