Notes
- ^ Athletic Club's own records also include a win in the 1902 Copa de la Coronación final and a defeat in the 1907 Copa del Rey final in which the participating team was Club Vizcaya, a combination of players from Athletic and other local teams (Bilbao Football Club and Unión Vizcaino, respectively).
- ^ Each team was given only three opportunities to make substitutions, with a fourth opportunity in extra time, excluding substitutions made at half-time, before the start of extra time and at half-time in extra time.
