Always precious

edit

Ten years ago, you were found precious. That's what you are, always. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:42, 23 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thank you, Gerda, as always. I know the circumstances of this award over the last ten years came amid Cindy's passing, but I miss her always. So long as we remember, she will live. And so long as this award exists, though my time receiving it has ended, this too shall live. May we continue to remember the preciousness of life, both on-wiki and off. --Sky Harbor (talk) 01:31, 29 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

How old are you?

edit

You really should keep your Meta page up to date. 🤣 Bastique ☎ call me! 23:29, 21 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

With all due respect, dear Father Cary, I am too busy editing Wikipedia to care too much about my own personal presence. ;) That said, thank you for your keen observation, and I am working with Chlod to update my presence. Once that happens I look forward to updating everything accordingly, and of course thank you for your patience. --Sky Harbor (talk) 00:12, 22 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Invitation to participate in a research

edit

Hello,

The Wikimedia Foundation is conducting a survey of Wikipedians to better understand what draws administrators to contribute to Wikipedia, and what affects administrator retention. We will use this research to improve experiences for Wikipedians, and address common problems and needs. We have identified you as a good candidate for this research, and would greatly appreciate your participation in this anonymous survey.

You do not have to be an Administrator to participate.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page and view its privacy statement .

Please find our contact on the project Meta page if you have any questions or concerns.

Kind Regards,

WMF Research Team

DYK for Embassy of the Philippines, Bucharest

edit

On 7 November 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Embassy of the Philippines, Bucharest, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the embassy of the Philippines in Bucharest is the country's first mission in the Eastern Bloc? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Embassy of the Philippines, Bucharest. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Embassy of the Philippines, Bucharest), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
