Patrick Phibbs

Patrick Phibbs (born 16/1/81) is a rugby union player based in the ACT. He is presently the starting scrumhalf for the Brumbies Super 14 side. He takes over from long time mentor George Gregan (the most capped international in rugby history) in this position. Since his 2005 debut against the Reds Phibbs has played 21 Super 14 games, in which he has scored two tries.
